Postpartum Rehab Group Class - Level 1

This group physiotherapy class is specific to mamas who have given birth within the last few years. We help with various issues including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti abdominis, pelvic or back pain, abdominal weakness, etc.

This is level 1 of the class, focusing on foundational core rehab (including the pelvic floor!) and introducing functional strength.

Postpartum Rehab Group Class - Level 2

This group physiotherapy class is specific to mamas who have given birth within the last few years. We help with various issues including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti abdominis, pelvic or back pain, abdominal weakness, etc.

This is level 2 of the class, focusing on advanced core rehab (including the pelvic floor!), functional strength and conditioning. This class will involve more compound movements, speed and impact.

  • Yes, direct billing is available for many insurance providers. If you are unsure if your insurance covers physiotherapy you can check your policy.

  • Yes! Physiotherapy can help with jaw tension, clicking, headaches and related symptoms. Your physiotherapist may ask if you’d be interested in acupuncture or dry needling as these modalities can significantly reduce pain early into treatment.

  • Your physiotherapist takes a detailed history, asks question around what you are feeling, discusses goals and look at movement patterns to create a personalized treatment plan just for you.
